My advice is to return it for another first. If that isn't possible then in the USA you call 1800SAMSUNG and begin the process. They also have web pages for this but I find the phone to work the fastest.
Would love one of the samsung techie guys/gals to help me out if possible. ive got an all in one touchscreen pc less than a month old thats developing dead pixels, I was hoping someone here would be able to help me as i really dont know what to do. Thanks for your time and help its much appreciated.
