Hi jscobell,

Try to change the mouse settings to default and check.

Press and hold Windows key + R to open the run window. Type 'mail.cpl' to open Mouse properties window. Go to Pointers tab -> click on Use Default -> Apply -> Ok.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi jscobell,

Apologies for the typographical error. Type main.cpl to go to Mouse properties.

Did you add or remove any software from the computer?

If the issue persists, then try booting into Safe Mode and check if you experience the same issue.

Thank and Regards,
Appu S
