Cracked Internal Screen

Samsung Plasma Model#PN63C8000YFXZA

First I had the issue with the defective converter. The TV would not turn on, the light stayed Red, and you heard two clicks when you pressed the power button. I called Samsung Support informed them of the issue and they told me my TV was not on the list of models that are covered by the class action law suit so they could not help me. The woman on the phone asked me to turn it on again to determine the amount of clicks it made. When I tried that a Bright blue light flashed at the bottom right of my screan and an internal crack formed. This is Obviously not the result of Physical Damage but the result of the something internal going up and causing enough heat to crack the screan from the inside. I'm willing to bet this is the same Defective converter that Samsung has definitely not fixed that they got sued for last time. There will be another Class Action Suit against this company no doubt. There have been countless complaints by others with the same exact problem and Samsung has helped none of them. Samsung does not stand by their products!!!
