copy sim card messages to computer

by shatzyatcnet / January 29, 2011 9:24 PM PST

Does anybody know how I can transfer messages (SMS) from my simcard to the computer? I've seen softwares which have similar functionality (it restores deleted messages) such as the Data Doctor Recovery - Sim Card but I can't make it work. It always says that it doesn't detect any simcard (I attached my cellphone to my computer through USB connection)
Can you suggest any software that I can use for this?

I hope to get some help from here =)

Thank you!!

SIM Cards

You would have to remove the SIM from the phone and insert it into a SIM reader for the computer to detect it. SMS messages are not stored in the SIM card, not enough memory in the SIM card.

SMS messages on SIM card

Actually, some SMS messages are stored on the phone's SIM card and are recoverable through software and a SIM card reader.
