convert .pdf photo file to jpeg file

I have a photo (.pdf file) I need to updoad onto site. The file won't upload because it says format is uncompatible file.

How do I convert jpeg file to jpeg file so that I can post picture.

I know this is elementary but I can't find answer in Windows 2000 Help Section.

You can use the printscreen button and copy the inage into mspaint. However the photo is large and you need to find some pdf ti jpg converters to get high resolution images. You can try this one, pretty good conversion:

Use an online converter

You should rather use a PDF to JPG online converter. Just go to the site, upload your PDF, wait for few seconds, and download the converted JPG pictures. The advantage is that there is nothing to download/install, and it's free.
