Can i transfer my contact to any android phone , with out data plan

But as the carriers are able to sniff out you have a smart phone, the only way to avoid the plan today is to not get a smart phone. Yes, you'll find folk claim they can get around it but of the 10 folk I know who tried, 9 were found out and the cell company upgraded their account.
