I'm working on a turnstile Access control system. The hardware involved is the EP210 model put out by Computerwise and the software is the DCNET program put out by the same. When a barcode is scanned the program acknowledges it and records it but does not activate the door lock mechanism. I've been told this can be fix within the .cfg file. Problem is I'm not sure what exactly to change in order to accomplish that. The .cfg file has a section on timestamping, a section on the validate limit, a section on relay, and a section on Fkey. As of right now everything in the .cfg file is set to a value of 0.
Any guidance is appreciated. I don't know my **** from my elbow looking at this.
