Question

Computer help please???

hi, i play Runescape private servers and i wanted to make my own, so i downloaded the client and server but when i got to download it comes up as a option of 'save' or 'open' so i save it but it comes up as a 'internet exsplorer (Default)' and then i click save under winrar instead but it saves as a internet shortcut thing again so i open it instead and it open the folder under a winrar folder but i cannot extract it or anything, what would be the problem ?????, thanks

That sounds suspiciously like something the developers of Runescape would frown upon to say the least. It's also something that is not typically allowed here... Assisting with things that would go against the wishes of the people who own it. So maybe you could share a link to where you're downloading from, and someone can make a determination on that.
