If under warranty, take it back. It is not your concern or responsibilty to fix what is wrong with it until the warranty expires, especially if problems from day one. Ask for money back or brand-new in return.
My new computer is acting up already. It crashed a few times and I rebooted twice. Right now, I can get on the internet but I can only get to sites that I have book marked. I cannot type a web address into the browser.
