I have the Photo Explosion Deluxe program. Is it possible to clear a blurred photo with this program?

Does it have a sharpness feature?
by Dango517 / December 10, 2010 5:45 PM PST

If not too distorted this might fix it, it depends on how blurred it is. Usually this can be found in the photo portion of the program. Also some contrast modifications might remove some of it. I have no experience with this particular software so general suggestions only from me. Good luck.

If you do not have a sharpen feature try this:

Path is: effects > photo > sharpen

Yes, I use it and it's free.
