Very bad company. Sometime it works and most of the time it does not work. I am paying way to much for bad service plus you buy there tower $142.00 then $51.00 per mo. There tech support all say the same thing and they try to make you look stupid and a liar. I can tell that there support is outsource company maybe in Asia or India which they do not care about American problems. I only had this service for 3 month now trying to give them a chance to fix the problem... They won't !!!! sucker me
