by Shounak24 / March 10, 2010 3:02 AM PST

Hi,

The problem that i am facing is that MY DRIVE CANNOT READ DVDs BUT IT CAN READ NORMAL CDs. I cannot format my laptop because i have a windows vista DVD.
In desperate need of help.

Happens after a year or so. How do you explain this to your customer is up to you but I just slip in a new drive as that's the cheap fix.

A copy of the CD that doesn't work.
And an external DVDRW USB drive in a pinch.
