Careful with changing contrast in Charms menu

by orlbuckeye / December 4, 2012 9:21 PM PST

I went into the charms menu and change pc setting and then ease of access and there was an on/off switch for high contrast. Well I switched it to on and wow was it ugly. I tried to switch off and it would switch back to on and the screen remained in high contrast. I tried to go back to a restore point and it didn't work. I then googled it and found I could go change it under display settings and it went back to normal and stayed that way.
