your iTunes Store account?
That might explain why you do not receive any of those emails.
Get back to the person whom you emailed and ask them for a working number
Apparently I can't remember my password so can't sign in (although I've never had to sign in before to my knowledge, and all the passwords I would have chosen myself were rejected).
In order to reset my password I have to tell them my date of birth (which is apparently also wrong), or have them send an email with instructions (which I requested, three times, but never received).
Finally got through to someone via email and was told I have to ring them to sort it, but neither the Austrian nor UK support lines work.
Tried asking for advice on an Apple community forum, but can't post anything without my password!
