I am having this EXACT same issue. To the letter. Any suggestions anyone?
I recently bought a Samsung SmartTv model# UN46D6050TFXZA. I am trying to purchcase app cash so I can download apps but when I am on the samsung website and click on the link "refilling app cash", I am directed to a page that says Page not found. I contacted support thru live chat and was told to call 888-899-7609. That agent told me to email the webmaster. The link "email the webmaster" took me to a product support form which I completed and sent. I was told to call 800-SAMSUNG. That agent told me that there was nothing that could be done. I tried support through facebook and was given the 800 number again. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever done! I am starting to regret purchasing this TV. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I purchase app cash so I can buy apps??
