Can't purchase app cash

I recently bought a Samsung SmartTv model# UN46D6050TFXZA. I am trying to purchcase app cash so I can download apps but when I am on the samsung website and click on the link "refilling app cash", I am directed to a page that says Page not found. I contacted support thru live chat and was told to call 888-899-7609. That agent told me to email the webmaster. The link "email the webmaster" took me to a product support form which I completed and sent. I was told to call 800-SAMSUNG. That agent told me that there was nothing that could be done. I tried support through facebook and was given the 800 number again. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever done! I am starting to regret purchasing this TV. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I purchase app cash so I can buy apps??

Samsung App Cash Refill error

Awaiting a response from Samsung on this 5/9/12 msg:

I can login to with my ID and Pw.

But when I click the "Refiling App Cash" link: I get the error message:

"Sorry for your inconvenience.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties,
if the problem continues please call 888-899-7609.
Return to the App store home page"

A CSR in SC replicated this problem with my ID and PW in his instance of IE.

PS the "contact us" at the bottom of the page takes one to a screen offering a "Website Questions (only)" choice where "E-mail Webmeister" links only to "Email Product Support" not the webmeister. ???

Not given a transaction number as the CSR said I'd have to deal directly with the website webmaster for which there is no valid direct link. Is the Apps web designed and adminstered by 3rd party under contract to Samsung? Can you provide a valid email to the talent responsible for the site? When one creates a new, different ID profile, "Refill" works to provide the opportunity to buy apps cash with a credit card. Why can't I get there with an otherwise bonafide Samsung user ID and PW ?

Thanks for holding up a helpful hand in this matter.

After some back and forth with the product specialist, and the answer is relatively straightforward: "Sign in to Smart Hub with your email ID and go to the app you want to buy and click 'Buy now' button."

If that approach is problematic, let me know.
