Question

Can't get bluestacks to install properly

I am having trouble getting bluestacks to install. I downloaded it and it goes through the download setup, get's to 100% and then says it failed.

Clarification Request
clearance for bluestacks to install

Hi
to whomevers out there.
If could place an answer to question on how to go about getting bluestacks to install.
Always nearly but then pulls up saying failure to install.
Tried configuring net devices in device manager no luck
Tried from administrators part of computer[same as administrators access allowance]
still cant clear on bluestacks.
Not that it should matter with this concern but my cpu details being an
IBM T41 1.6GHZ RUNNING WINDOWS XP

If any familiar with the bluestacks problem if could please post answer addressing particular issues

As this product is no more I'm going to close this discussion. Bluestacks has (currently) two products and the original is no more.

This thread is more than 620 days old.

Install Logs

Hi, Could you send the installation logs for your last BlueStacks install attempt to support@bluestacks.com? It should be the last file which shows up on using the command: dir /od %TEMP%\MSI*.log in the windows command prompt.

Had the sane problem with the Cnet download. Istalled whrn I downloaded direct from Bluestacks
