Try it wired and with Samsung's server updates, well, what can be said. When the updates happen and they go offline it appears their support lines are not told. I can't be sure of that but recent events give me 2 ideas which 1 you can try and the other we have to ask Samsung.

A few months ago, I lost my icons on my start-up screen- Netflix, Pandora, etc. I thought it was the wireless stick, and I got a new one, but have the same issues. I was just on tech support. Went through all the steps. Re-set the DVD player, unplugged, made sure wireless was working, etc. It seems the problem is that I can't access Internet@TV. I press the button, it says "installing", then "starting", but it brings me back to the same icon. Samsung says I need a service call, but it would probably cost at least half of what the player is worth. Any ideas?
