can i use my tablet like a computer and sync an ipod?

I have an Acer Iconia Tablet and I was wondering if i could some how connect my ipod to it as you would with a computer and be able to manage my iPod through the tablet instead of my desktop

As what I know is the iTunes can not run on the android OS,so I am afraid that you can't manage your ipod by connecting it to your acer Iconia tablet.

hi i have an acer iconia tablet as well i know u cant sync it as u do with ur computer but u can put films and music in to files and then connect it to ur tablet and play them through ur tablet if that helps if u need help on how to do this let me know
