No "export". Just copy the file over. But OUTLOOK may require a bit of work. Links follow.
2. I use the 64 bit version as I want the best experiences. HOWEVER this may be some issue/limitation with Parallels so ask them.
3. Just a parting comment. Always backup your stuff which means 2 backup copies and your original. This is how we avoid losing our stuff.
I'm thinking of installing Parallels + Windows + Office 2013. Can I import all my Mac Office 2011 files (word/ppt/outlook) to Office 2013? (on mbp w/ intel, OS X 10.7.5)
Should I use Windows 32-bit or 64-bit? (pros/cons)
I mainly use computer for light business purposes; writing, ppt presentations, outlook (email/calendar/contacts), etc.
