can i buy mac mini ??

hi! im a experienced windows user...and a mac lover...
i need a mac..first of all
i decided to buy mac mini...which is affordable with my budget..
but my friend told that its a utter waste...??
what can i do ??
i want to run win8 as virtual machine also..
and i also wanted to run some top games like gta,call of duty...
so, tell me can i buy mac mini...or not ??

That you'll likely have to upgrade the mini's stock RAM to get performance compared to your usual PC. If it's games, why not a XBox or laptop that can run such or upgrade your existing desktop for a lot less.

Mac Mini is a great replacement for a Windows PC, but:

That is, unless you are a Windows-ONLY Gamer.

If you are, you need to use OS X's BootCamp to install a full legal Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (likely an OEM DVD, <> $ 99) or higher. BootCamp Support for W 8 is rumored to be coming soon.

Then, choose OS X, or W 7, at boot-time (hold the Alt Key at power-up for the Dual-boot screen).

And, finally, install any legal Windows Game you choose, within Windows.

TIP: Do NOT listen to your friend, he likely never used a new Mac with BootCamp.
