Can you get to safe mode and do a system restore? If that won't work, you can try a repair installation using the original XP CD if available.

f12 problem

I can't even boot the CD because i can't get into F12 on the dell screen it just beeps from computer. But F2 works so i changed the bios sequence to CD to boot over the hard-drive first but that doesn't work either.

Blue screen yet again.

f12 won't work
