Bestbuy phone protection plans

by Tuntush / October 20, 2013 6:10 AM PDT

Bought three iPhone, 5,4s,4 , and on 9/28/13 found out that my 4 had no protection coverage due to fact that my 5 was covered twice. Have since spent past three weeks get this issue resolved while my iPhone 4 is not working. Anyone have any idea what I can do next?

Sorry to hear that

Please be a little more specific, if possible. When you state ' 5 is covered twice'. What precisely does that mean in the context of the coverage provided by the BB protection plans? {Do you mean to say that your already made claims on the other two devices?}

FWIW, I have a friend who consults (technically) for BB corporate. Perhaps he might be able to lead us to the correct water hole Wink

I am getting billed for three individual protection plan but two were inaccurately charged to 5 and none on 4 so my 4 is left uncovered

...pull out your receipts and contact Best Buy CS(?) Print out the charges from your bank statements if you cannot obtain the actual receipts. They should be able to fix this for you.
