Best mp3 player for low vision user?

by rsull / June 4, 2005 1:04 PM PDT

Which of the mid-sized or mini MP3 players has the easiest to see display for a low vision user. Ideally, I would like large simple text on a high contrast reversed background. My home computer is set to yellow text on a black background. I don't know if any players have this ability. It should play audible files and I would like to avoid having to scroll through many menus to set selections or controls.
I am looking at the ipod 4th gen 20 gb, ipod mini and creative touch or Zen Micro.
It's primary use will be for audio books but I'm sure I'll put music on it too. I am running Windows XP on the home system. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
