there are a few

I've tried quite a few myself but as far as apps go, i'd probably say Global Call is the best at the moment for android. It has a clean interface and works by charging credits to your account which you get 1.50 free just for installing.

Where do you plan on calling?

I wanted to call family from Australia-> U.S. I'm going to be there for six months. BTW, I'm still using the app you recommended and so far I have charged 10 dollars credit on it and had only one dropped call, which is pretty good. Thanks again for the tip.
