Thanks, HDTech. That helps. No Amazon Video On Demand on any 2010 Samsung player currently. Any idea if someone is working on this? If not, I guess I'll buy a different player.

No, I don't have any indication that it would be coming, at least at this time.

Of course, I believe some more Apps have been added to some devices since, but these are always subject to change. If I'm not mistaken, that was last updated in November of 2010.
