Awake Laptop from sleep

I can put the laptop to sleep from a shortcut on the desktop, How can i awake the laptop from a wireless keyboard/ aaaaaaaMouse.

It is unlikely it can be done. Some machines can do this but it's a combination of enabling power to the USB (there is no standard for this) and then setting the wake on IRQ or USB in the bios.

Try the power button

I have a Dell 1720 laptop. When the computer is sleeping I push the power button for about 1 second. This wakes it up. Don't hold it down too long or the computer will shutdown. Let me know if this works for you.

No Power button on the Wireless keyboard.

Yes if I hit the power button on the Laptop it wakes it up. I want to wake it up from a external wireless keyboard which does not have a power button.

I have a sneaking suspicion that you may not be able to wake it up from a wireless device. The only way you can know for sure is to check with the manufacturer of the motherboard. Sorry
