Name of the virus/trojan?

Viruses usually can be repaired, as in an infected system file; trojans and the damage they cause usually cannot be fixed.

Suggest running these programs listed here: http://forums.cnet.com/7726-6132_102-5098912.html

Sometimes the malware damage to the operating system is so deep that only a full clean install will fix it. A repair of the operating system may also work . Backup all important personal files first before attempting any cleaning. Cleaning may or may not fix your issues, so the above may apply.
