Question

AllShare lockups and very small video playback

by jeff5hole / May 23, 2012 11:05 AM PDT

I have a samsung LN40-630 tv and running allshare on pc it tends to lockup a lot. I un & reinstall, works for a while.Seems to happenalot when I start it and try to update the shared folder. This last time it would play the movie files that before worked fine, but the picture was very small 6 X 8 maybe,on pc they still work fine. If no solution is there any other program I can used to streem HD/mkv files.
Just remembered, I put one of these movies on a flash drive plugged in to tv and it still plays very small.
Thanks,
Jeff

jeff5hole,

At this point, I'm actually going to recommend that either you call up 1-800-Samsung, or visit this thread where you can find information on contacting us via social media.: http://forums.cnet.com/7723-13973_102-542437/service-issues-click-here-for-help/

I say that because it sounds like we're reaching a communication wall here, and we might get this thing faster if you just contacted us directly.

Hope to hear from you soon!
