Please try the steps below to uninstall, then reinstall the newest version of Flash Player:
Try using the newest Flash Player 10.0.22.87 version.
First, uninstall Flash by using the Flash Uninstaller at the link below..
After that's done, then download the manual Flash player installer from the link below.. Download it to your desktop and Run it to install the newest Flash for Internet Explorer.
Once that's done, if you're also using Firefox, visit the site below while in Firefox, then download and run the Flash plugin installer
Hope this helps.
Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service pack 3.
I bought this computer new in 2005. I have had no problems until now. I have always been able to watch videos online from Google etc. until now. I check the add/remove programs and flash player does not seem to be there. I have tried to download adobe flash player from their site. The latest version but it will not load. I get an error report which they says means I have a registry problem that won't grant access. I don't understand how everything could be OK then the next day the flash player program seems to have disappeared and I can't download and reinstall. I have done everything they said to do except the professional cure which requires going into the registry to correct individual problems. I don't think I have enough knowledge to do that.
Is there a recommend software package that can correct this problem? There is so many claims on the Internet of fixing this problem, I don't know who to believe.
Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
