3 HDMI ports suddenly stopped working

I've had a Samsung UN55C7000 for a little over a year now....up until yesterday morning I've had no problems with it...but when I turned the tv on yesterday it wasn't getting a signal from either of the two ports that I had devices plugged into (hdmi 1 and 2)...tried switching out the connections with two other brand cables and even buying a new one...nothing I tried the hdmi 3 port and it connected just fine with my cable box and ps3...tried connecting to hdmi 4 port to see if it would work and got the same no signal display...just wondering if anyone had any idea what the problem could be or a possible solution to it....have tried unplugging everything overnight then reconnecting and even did a factory reset by holding the exit button but neither fixed the problem....any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

In the USA you register your set and may get 3 more months warranty and pull it back into warranty.

You did the right thing to try but now it's QUICK, DO THIS!

Hi zach1oswalt,

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Based upon the troubleshooting you've given me thus far, it sounds like you've done all the things I'd recommend. I'd do a quick recheck to make sure that all the cables are firmly plugged-in to those ports. If after that and still no success, it may need servicing.
