Sprint PCS's next-generation lineup By David Carnoy (8/9/02) With Sprint PCS finally launching its new nationwide 3G network, the company has also announced several new phones, modems, and accessories to take advantage of the higher data rates (50Kbps to 70Kbps speeds) that 1xRTT, or 3G, technology offers. Of course, you'll have to pay extra for the new data services, but worry about that later, after you check out the new hardware. |
