"Unfortunately, I had a great deal of trouble with this one."
Pros: inexpensive. does a lot. small. light. quiet.
Cons: after sales technical help is poor. lots of hardware and service problems from Hewlett Packard
Summary: Although this unit appears quite attractive and inexpensive, we found the after sales service from India unacceptable. The technicians in India are nice people I am sure, but their knowledge of computers is problematic - meaning generally poor.

"Great for the average home user affordable and compact."
Pros: Very quick little computer with the AMD 64X2 3800 and a gig of RAM. Very nice looking on the desktop, the 9 in 1 card reader is easy to get to along with the USB right in the front.
Cons: Can't upgrade video card, could use one or two more USB or Firewire ports.
