"Dell quality is terrible! Perhaps Michael Dell will fix this, but he hasn't yet"
Pros: Nice looking system, good monitor
Cons: Would not accept 4GB RAM, tech support hard to understand / poor, sonic solutions driver incompatibility occurred on startup, and more

"Excellent value for home office use."
Pros: Very fast and fewer needs to restart than my previous system.
Cons: Dell Customer Service is an oxymoron.

"Worst computer I've ever owned"
Pros: Does some things faster than my old computer - when it works.
