So is it really as easy as it sounds? Heck yes. I tested the Gozney Roccbox a few summers ago and became an instant fan of this versatile oven, which reaches scorching temps of over 900 degrees F in just a few minutes. Not only did I bang out some pizzeria-quality pies, but the Gozney cooked up perfect burgers, salmon and loads more. Pizza ovens aren't just fast, they're a cleaner alternative to grilling, with no messy grates to scrape after.
