BlackBerry users will be able to get e-mail and instant messaging services from Yahoo under a deal expected to be announced tomorrow at the CTIA show in Las Vegas.

Research in Motion and Yahoo have cut a deal to get the Yahoo Go Mobile service, which includes e-mail, messaging, and Yahoo search, onto the BlackBerry. Yahoo announced the service at CES in January with Nokia and Cingular.

Now that RIM has put the BlackBerry patent dispute to rest, more and more deals that were on hold pending the resolution of that spat are expected to emerge. For example, Palm still hasn't released a Treo with the BlackBerry Connect software after the companies announced an agreement in October of last year.
