Even Wookiees would consider wearing shoes if they could find these Star Wars-edition Vans in their galaxy. Available from June 1, the Vans x Star Wars collection includes authentic Vans, SK8-Hi reissues and classic slip-on shoes in various Force-fashion designs such as Stormtrooper Bandana style, Yoda Aloha pattern, A New Hope poster design and a classic repeat character design.

In addition to the footwear, the Vans x Star Wars collection will also include apparel accessories such as backpacks, baseball caps and socks.

The ultra-exclusive Vault by Vans line also has select Star Wars designs already out now, with fewer than 300 pairs of each style produced. They are available only at the Vans DQM General in Boston and New York; Opening Ceremony stores in Los Angeles, London and New York; the Ace Hotel New York; Off the Hook in Montreal; Colette in Paris; Firmament in Berlin; and Tresbien in Sweden.

The Vault by Vans x Star Wars collection includes the Vans Miami print that features silhouettes of the AT-AT walkers from "The Empire Strikes Back." The line also has Vans' skull-and-bones pirate design replaced with Darth Vader and Stormtrooper helmets in front of crossed pirate swords and lightsabers.

Both the dark and light side of the Force are represented in these Vault by Vans x Star Wars shoes. Vans

"Working with the permission of skate legend Steve Caballero, his iconic logo becomes the scene of an epic battle of good against evil," according to a Vans press release. "A skateboard-riding, lightsaber-brandishing Yoda uses the Force to fight the good fight on a marshmallow-colored model versus a battle-ready Darth Vader with an invitation to the dark side in black."

To send off the Vans x Star Wars collection in style, skater Caballero dressed up as a Wookiee to show how they would rip the bowl if they weren't out saving the galaxy in this geektastic video. Stormtroopers, Jawas and Chewbacca, along with skating legends Tony Alva and Jeff Grosso are in the crowd cheering this rookie Wookiee on his sweet moves. Unfortunately, the skate judges find out the hard way what happens when they forget to "let the Wookiee win."
