CNET News Video: Tech Minute: Royal Baby gear

1:04 /

As the world congratulates Prince William and Princess Kate on the arrival of their new baby, we can't help but be a little envious of the royal treatment this little one will receive. CNET's Kara Tsuboi reports on some over-the-top baby gear fit for a future queen or king.

Moms and dads to be who have a lot of cash on hand might wanna pick up the Mobisante smartphone-enabled ultrasound machine. For $7400, this pocket-size gadget allows parents to take a sneak peek at the little prince or princess before he or she arrives. Once the babies enter the world, keep him suspended in a womb-like state with Okbaby's Onda Luxy Bubbles. This Italian designed and manufactured baby bath offers whirlpool jets to gently massage the child. The LED lights are said to increase the soothing atmosphere. Sounds peaceful until you hear the price tag, over $3,000. Finally for moms and dad with more money than time, pick up that BabyNes Bottle System. For nearly $300, it works similar to a coffee maker with pods popping the pod of powdered formula and the touch of one button will mix it with water to the optimum bottle temperature. Now that's how you give your baby the royal treatment. In San Francisco, I'm Kara Tsuboi CNET.com for CBS news.
