The S800c is the company's first camera running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, featuring a 10x optical zoom and OLED touchscreen. You can read more about the camera in our first take preview .

In the advanced compact range, the P7700 replaces the P7100, featuring a 7.1x optical zoom with a f/2-4 aperture throughout the focal length range, as well as a 3-inch 921,000-dot screen. It can shoot at 8 frames per second in continuous mode, and comes with a 12.2-megapixel backlit CMOS sensor. This is a camera designed for existing Nikon users, as it's also compatible with a range of Nikon accessories, such as speedlights, GPS units and microphones.

The P7700 also can control off-camera flashes. There's a built-in neutral density (ND) filter, as well, to satisfy photographers.

Moving down the range is the S6400 which has a 12-megapixel backlit CMOS sensor, as well as a 12x optical zoom and a 460,000-dot touchscreen. This is a camera designed for point-and-shooters, as it has a range of automatic modes that choose the appropriate scene, as well as target-finding autofocus and touch shutter.

The cutest surprise of all comes in the shape of the S01, which is a miniature camera, almost the size of a matchbox, that has a 10.1-megapixel sensor and a 3x zoom. Controls are sparse as you would expect, but there is a 2.5-inch touchscreen and 7.3GB of internal storage. It comes with a xenon flash and 720p video recording.
