App of the Day: JetAudio Basic

Boost your listening experience on Android with the JetAudio music player.

Welcome to CNET Australia's App of the Day, where you can see some of the coolest, silliest and most useful apps in action.

JetAudio has been around for over a decade. It's an audio player for Windows that really allows you to tweak your listening experience. Version 8 for Windows was released a few weeks ago, and with it came a brand new version for Android: JetAudio Basic. At the moment, the free version of the app is the only one available at this point (the Plus version, with more options, is coming soon), but the free version has some pretty good customisation features, including levels, X-Bass, cross-fading and an equaliser. It also supports a comprehensive number of audio file types, so if you're looking for a way to get the most out of your music on Android, JetAudio Basic is awesome.
