Sydney-based animation studio Animal Logic's Rob Coleman and Aidan Sarsfield talk us through how they built The Lego Movie.

From its very first project designing the title for 1994's Little Women, Sydney-based animation studio Animal Logic has gone from strength to strength, with a long list of credits including Farscape, The Matrix, The Fellowship of the Ring and Harry Potter.

The studio pulled out all the stops for The Lego Movie, released last week, creating a film that was, truly, Lego come to life. Head of animation Rob Coleman and CG supervisor Aidan Sarsfield caught up with CNET Australia to talk about how a movie made of Lego gets put together.
