"Terrible customer service"
Pros: Can't think of any...
Cons: I'm still on hold after 1 hour trying to solve a software problem
Summary: We are on a paid plan for CS-what a joke! You can barely communicate with the rep. I've been asked "how do you find the sales tax liability report?" twice over the past hour. It became obvious 45 minutes ago the rep did not know the product. after 12 requests to escalate the call, I was put on hold again and then told someone would call me back in 30min. That was 40 min. ago. I tried calling another number, explained the whole issue again for the 5th time, and now I've been on hold anther 15 minutes. Wait a minute, I've been disconnected! Who has time for this crap?
