From Liatro.com:Liatro SWF Decoder lets you extract all resources from a Flash file(SWF), including the action script, buttons, shapes, images, sprites, texts, fonts, frames, and sounds. Resources are extracted as usable JPEG, MP3, WAV, or SWF files. SWF Decoder is extremely easy to use: simply click the file in the embedded explorer, and the program will decode the movie and generate a visual element tree. You can export any element in the tree.

Web developers on a budget will appreciate Liatro SWF Decoder's ability to extract images, sounds, text, buttons, and action scripts from SWF files and arrange them in a tree. The handy interface lets you select an image, a font, or any other component to display it in the preview window. Check the items you want to keep, and when you're finished the program exports the selected items to a folder. Extracting a Flash file from a Web page is a breeze. Just type the URL, and SWF Decoder will list all available animations. The built-in file explorer provides quick access to movies on your PC. A special button opens your Internet cache folder, so you can drag and drop Flash files you've visited on the Web. Liatro SWF Decoder is a very handy utility for Web designers who don't have access to a full-fledged Flash-development tool.
