I grew up in the Bay Area, so it's only natural that I work in the technology industry. Before coming to CNET in 2003, I worked at tech-centric ad agency--I was doomed from the beginning! But in all seriousness, I think it's pretty awesome to be among a select group of people who gets to play with a bunch of neat new gadgets and software before the general public.
