My experience with AskSunday has been awfully bad. After signing-up, I made a request to research airline tickets for me. When I didn't hear back from them for a few days, I contacted them and was told the request was "lost". I requested them to complete research. After apologizing profusely, they promised they'll send the information ASAP. Never heard back from them.
They did help me with a few phone calls though. In reply to: "Need a concierge? AskSunday has one around the clock"November 30, 2007
