• The China Model
  China is the beta test for all of this. No big secret that the Globalists and Neo-Cons want this type of control everywhere. China is simply the model. Our National ID card is the start of the same thing here. It's not just face scanning, either. There are behavioral scanners coming as well. Scanners now exist that can determine remotely and noninvasively the level of your hostile intent. The program is called Hostile Intent and it is being pursued by Homeland. They want to have it in widespread use by 2010. The details on this program are due to appear in the newest issue of New Scientist magazine. Ron Paul may be our LAST CHANCE for Freedom and Civil Liberties. Please do your research before you start flaming on this post. Not doing so only exposes your ignorance.

  LoveThatCO2 - I believe you've been breathing a little too much CO2 and not enough oxygen has been getting to your brain. Ron Paul IS popular and I have a feeling you know that. Denying it will not make it go away - much like CO2.

• MSM behind Ron Paul?
  I wish you were right there, fafafooey. But the fact is that the main-stream media in general is constantly trying to marginalize Ron Paul and have only recently began to buckle under the massive amount of true support he is gaining. As far as Ron Paul being a liberal - you couldn't be more wrong. Liberals are behind the entitlement programs that are driving this country into financial ruin. The largest Government expenditure is ENTITLEMENTS by far. Ron Paul wants to end the entitlement system as we know it. He is against nation building and has a staunch policy of non-interventionism. These are traditional Conservative values. Our Republican Party has lost its way and it is up to Ron Paul to get us back on track.

• A True Republican
  I am a lifelong Republican and have found myself wondering what happened to all the Republicans? We used to believe in truth, integrity, justice, SMALL government. I find very little if any of that displayed in the actions of my party these days. It seems there is only one honest man left in Washington and his name is Ron Paul. Ask him a question, any question and you will get his honest answer. He has a positive message based on the very principles this great country was founded on. He adheres to the Constitution on every vote on every bill. He is a true Republican.
