As i agree to alot of what you are saying, I also disagree on a bunch of things too. I agree there is still a problem with copyright, and the issue is the uneducated kids who think its ok to upload anything they want. Solution, maybe a fee to upload? i also think by dividing content creators from the "junk" will cause more harm then good. You see YouTube has a community. That community built YouTube. without it youtube will be a place to go watch comercials. well thats my 2 cents.
