Who is confused?
"public" water is treated and paid for by the public, delivered to homes and businesses at an incredibly low price. Bottled water is, for the most part, filtered tap water - from "public" taps. Bottled water creates more waste, uses more energy and removes more cash from the economy than value it returns. In reply to: "Water investment report says water prices too low"July 23, 2007
