I am sorry to hear our neighbors to the North not only lost out, they got the shaft. Obviously those who made these ill fated decisions not only have NO musical environmental sense...they flunked geography to "boot." Hope for Change~ In reply to: "Sirius gets serious, reshuffles lineup, cuts DJs"

Great post. Thanks for the insight. Looks like I may go back to carrying CDS ion the car. Will never embrace compressed music. But this is all leading to the MP3 plug n play in cars anyway. Look @ the gyms, campuses, mass transportation... Guess I will spend my savings on more vinyl and concert tickets~ In reply to: "Sirius gets serious, reshuffles lineup, cuts DJs"

Finally another Disorderly voice. My sentiments exactly. As Joni said, You never know.....etc. Disorderly was a blessing. One could appreciate music and intelligent, thought provoking insights. I spent the day trying Spectrum and The Loft. My best to any other Disorderlies who have been sidelined by the merger~

I have and will contact Sirius. It is not like change is bad, just hurts sometimes. Disorder was a breed of its own...taken from a voice that is no longer with us, only his spirit. Doubt I will here John Zorn and Laurie Anderson back to back in the near future. In reply to: "Sirius gets serious, reshuffles lineup, cuts DJs"

I heard the impending footsteps of FM AOR approaching, as Meg was closing out her show on Sirius Disorder 11/11. As she played, "Have a Little Faith" I assumed the worst. Tuning in today leaves me with no choice other than just that. Thus far I am in morning for NY Shuffle or Larry Kerwin's brilliance.
Funny thing is I had just sent an email to Meg asking about some programing resembling AOR selections.
Thus said, "Will The Wolf Survive?"
