I am currently going thru the same thing!! I purchased a PC from Dell and I looked at my bank statement to find that there are charges from DFS on my statements. Dell Financial is claiming not to see any of these charges...I have disputed the charges w/my bank...Let me know if I need to take further action. In reply to: "Fraud ruling against Dell validates years of gripes"
