  • I have an eeePC 701. It's been great with the memory upgrades and the SDHC card and I use it as my email, browsing and ipTV machine. Even though the 900 has a larger screen and more memory...I just can't justify spending more money than the original investment I've made. The storage and larger screen are really icing on the cake. I'd like to see the machine do more, and also I would like to see Asus blow minds by offering a better machine at a lower cost than their competition. However, I highly doubt that they would do that. I suppose that would be a pipe dream. In reply to: "Is the Eee PC still an impulse purchase?"

  • I've been watching the Vodcast for awhile now...
Folks...Not to be disparaging, but I have been watching the VODcast and content on Crave since the beginning. Watching Veronica and James was great, they were professional, fun and thorough. However glad that I am at the Vodcast being back...it's quality isn't what it used to be. "Holler"? I realize that this site is for everyone that is excited about tech in general but the age demographic isn't exactly geared towards teens and the hip hop crowd. Technology professionals and end users alike read this blog and watch the vodcast and it would be great not to devalue the quality or content by making it chavvy, cheap and/or hip. Sorry if I came off a bit harsh, but I just want quality like CNET is, has and always will be known for. In reply to: "The Crave vodcast is back"
